Calmer Choice is a fantastic program that serves children on Cape Cod by offering them classroom instruction on mindfulness and stress reduction. To support Calmer Choice, and allow them to reach even more children on the Cape, I plan to run 100K (62 miles) from Sandwich to Provincetown, on November 12.
"What are you thinking?," you ask? I'm thinking this is the best reason and location to attempt such a challenge, and I'll have plenty of time for sorting out my other thoughts on November 12.
