My name is Elise Frazier, I am a Personal Trainer and Small Group Instructor at Fitness500 Club, a Natural Bodybuilding Coach, and an avid fitness lover. I am a born and raised native to Cape Cod where I attended Mashpee Public Schools, played women’s lacrosse and managed boy’s ice hockey. I graduated from Nichols College in 2011 with a BSBA in Management where I balanced a part time management position, and started the women’s rugby club team. Post graduate life has brought me full circle to the fitness industry. My career and passion is to motivate and progress others through the same vision. During my second year at Fitness500 Club I began strength and endurance training with Faith Phillips. I consider Faith a ‘forever client’, her energy and positive attitude compliments the hard work and training in our fitness journeys.
As a milestone and commitment to our friendship, Faith and I will be running the 2017 Falmouth Road Race together… and we need your help!
