It's that time of year again when I choose to do my part to raise money for Calmer Choice on Cape Cod. As a Calmer Choice instructor, we help thousands of kids of each year manage stress, resolve conflict, and lead happy, healthy, successful lives.
So, I am lacing up my sneakers and running in 2 events...First, the Falmouth Road Race August 20th and then a month later, even more epic and fun, I will run the Cape Cod 100 Foot Race from Provincetown to Sandwich, both of these to raise money for Calmer Choice.
I will do the running, fundraising and teaching. Will you help me raise the money? Your donation is important and necessary. And the best part is you won't even have to break a sweat!
