Last year I proved I could do it. So I'm back at it again to support Calmer Choice! This fabulous organization empowers children and youth on Cape Cod with self awareness and coping skills that help them handle the challenges and conflicts they face in their lives. You can be a part of bringing these evidence-based programs to even more children by supporting me with a donation. It won't be pretty, but I will cross that finish line!!

Calmer Choice is running the 2017 Falmouth Road Race again this year! We are so excited to partipate in such a fabulous event. We are hoping to get 25-30 runners this year!
